We run a very entrepreneurial-minded private equity fundraising platform with a heavy focus on Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia. We currently have over 45 front-end sales associates, all presently located in Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, and Thailand.
We are looking for a high-energy private equity Senior Investor Relations Analyst to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information, ensuring high client service and satisfaction.
- Support the Investor Relations team in executing the firm’s investor relations strategy and activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including deal professionals and fund managers, to gather accurate and relevant information for investor communications.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other fundraising events.
- Maintain the investor relations database and ensure accurate and up-to-date investor records and communications.
- Assist in preparing and distributing investor reports, fund performance updates, and other confidential materials.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and investor relations trends in the private equity industry.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in investor relations, private equity, investment banking, or a similar role within the financial services industry;
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in writing in English is a must.
